We believe that high self-awareness is key to ongoing leadership development and is the basis for thriving relationships as an individual or as part of a team. Assessment tools provide us with data and information about ourselves, our tendencies, behaviours and blind spots or how we appear through the lens of others.

The tool that we utilize (Pro.file Performance™) provides insights to help better understand a person’s personality, work style, preferred pace, as well as their ideal work environment and how this impacts productivity.

360 Feedback
Interviews

We utilize either face-to-face interviews or online survey tools which are designed to gather feedback from peers, reports, and other stakeholders throughout the organization.
